Brand new oil line swap kit ready to install for all early model seadoos with 587, 657/x, 717 engines. Will not fit newer engines like 787 or 951 due to the different length oil lines used. Also will not fit older 587 engines like the yellow version where the oil fitting is on the very top of the rotary cover rather than the side. Kit includes all parts needed to swap your oil lines safely and quickly, ready to install. Just cut off your old lines and push on the new ones, and gently crimp the clamps. No need to measure lines or anything, they are already the correct length and diameter. You can do it in 5 minutes with this kit, if you don't believe me try it and if it takes longer send it back for a refund!

The clamps included are OEM made in Germany oetiker stainless steel double pinch clamps just like you find from the factory. The oil line is the same size replacement as original factory lines and is fuel/oil resistant made in USA Tygon line (Saint Gobain). This is the real stuff and not cheap knock off material that has been known to deteriorate. Better than the original lines. If you've been around seadoos you know the oil lines crack and cause engines failures all the time, and are the leading cause of engine failures on 2 stroke seadoos. It's not the oil pumps that typically fail, it's the lines. Changing the lines is not hard, and its not dangerous. You just have to crimp the clamps with oetiker pliers or side cutters gently enough to retain the lines and make sure you dont overtighten them and rip the lines. You won't need to do it again for another 10+ years if you do it right. And you can rest assured you won't starve your engine for oil and blow it up, a sad but common story on these old skis. If you have the original oil lines on a 2 stroke seadoo your ski is a ticking time bomb, and full engine rebuilds typically run in the $800+ range. I know because I do them. It's not worth chancing.
If you have questions or just need advice on how to fix your jet ski, feel free to call me and leave a message. I will get back to you. I seriously don't mind, as long as you are truly intending to buy parts from me. But, if you just want advice and then plan to shop around for a better price, I would rather you don't ask for my help.
