In-car DAB digital overtakes analogue radio
Wed, 04 Jun 2014Digital Radio UK has delved into CAP and SMMT (Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders) data, and found that DAB is now standard equipment on more new cars than analogue-only radio. As of April 2014, 55% of all new cars come with DAB digital radio as standard. After all, stamp collectors are buying a service when they buy the stamps but aren’t actually using it. The latest set of Royal Mail stamps are designed to commemorate ‘British Auto Legends’ with the core set of six stamps celebrating some of the coolest cars to come out of the UK in the 1960s and 1970s.

Wed, 04 Jan 2012The Lexus LF-LC concept – a four-seat coupe that will make its debut at the NAIAS in Detroit – has been further unveiled in these latest shots. Designed in Toyota's Catly studio in Newport Beach, California, the show car appears to develop Lexus' L-Finesse design language, while retaining familiar features such as the huge grille first seen on the LF-Gh concept and subsequent GS sedan production car. The upward flick of the windowline into the C-pillar is also reminiscent of the flagship LFA.
