All merchandise comes with a 12 month and 12,000 mile warranty from the Manufacturer. AutoPartsWest is not responsible for its products when subjected to abuse, improper installation, workmanship defects, accident or normal wear. All applicable Manufacturers warranties are honored in addition. If the product is determined to be defective, a full refund for the product will be issued including all incurred shipping charges. Under any circumstances there will no refund or compensation on labor and installation.
No Hassle Return Policy
Buyers are required to request first for Return Merchandise Authorization, which shall be promptly processed to issue the RMA number. All authorized merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging, unused and in excellent condition with the given RMA number. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items over 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Positively NO return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, installed, or mounted. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable in the case that the customer ordered the wrong part or application. When applicable, all custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to 15% restocking fee.

BMW readying first M Performance model for U.S.

It will take the place of the 1-series M coupe which recently ceased production after a run of more than 6,000 units, some 600 of which were sold in the United States. BMW is renaming the coupe and convertible versions of the 1-series as the 2-series for the vehicle's second generation.
Funding row erupts over road repairs
Fri, 17 Jan 2014COUNCILS hit by the recent extreme weather are calling for extra funding from central Government to help meet the multi-million pound roads repair bill. The Local Government Association (LGA) wants the Department for Transport to create a highways maintenance emergency fund following the recent spate of heavy rain and flooding. But the Government said councils have been allocated their funding and should have created contingency funds themselves.
