Citroën Technospace concept
Fri, 08 Feb 2013Citroën has revealed its new Technospace concept ahead of Geneva, which previews the new C4 Picasso. The compact MPV concept – which measures in at 4,430mm long, 1,830mm wide and 1,610mm high – debuts next month in Geneva and appears to be a near-production version of the next C4 Picasso, with Citroën confirming it will be on sale by the end of the year. In comparison to the outgoing C4 Picasso, it shares some recognizable characteristics like the large windshield curving into the roof, together with the four-light greenhouse with blacked-out pillars.

It's a hugely significant car for the Chrysler brand as it represents a serious assault on the highly competitive midsize sedan segment, the biggest market in the United States. In 2013, the midsize sedan segment accounted for 17% of all US sales, with the Toyota Camry, Honda Accord and Hyundai Sonata just three of the Chrysler 200's chief rivals.
General Motors' R&D chief Larry Burns, PR boss Steve Harris set to retire
Thu, 16 Jul 2009General Motors, following through with plans to shake up management after exiting bankruptcy, said r&d chief Larry Burns and public relations boss Steve Harris will retire. Burns, 58, will be replaced by Alan Taub. Harris, who came out of retirement more than three years ago, will yield his job to Chris Preuss, 43, vice president in charge of General Motors Europe communications.
