Your satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. If any product was damaged in shipping, found to be "not as described", or for any other reason, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt for an exchange of a comparable product or a refund (at our discretion). Please contact us via email prior to shipping the product back for return address. The refund will consist of the winning price minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not refunded and additional shipping may be required. Please be sure to thoroughly read the description of the item and ask any questions about the product before bidding.

For bidders outside of the United States, be aware that some countries may require extra fees or duties on items shipped by us. The buyer will be held completely responsible for any fees or extra requirements that the importing country may impose. We assume all auctions are for personal use and not resale. Please inform us via email if purchased for resale. We will not falsify any information about the product, the products price or shipping cost for any reason.

What do you mean when you say "SCALE?"

"1:25 Scale" means that if you multiply the toy's size 25 times you'll have the size of the real car. Generally, the bigger the second number, the smaller the toy. On our site, we carry 1:18 scale, 1:24 scale, and 1:25 scale model cars. (1:18 Scale is the biggest.)

Do you ship to my country?

We usually ship worldwide on most of our products. If the auction does not currently allow international shipping to your country, please email us and we consider adding your country to the list.

Do you combine shipping on multiple purchases?

Yes... We can combine shipping on many of the products that you purchase from us. If you wish to have an estimate, email us the list of products and your zipcode or country.
