This listing is for a full set of FOUR (4) USED original equipment 16" bolt-on wheel covers correct for the 2003-08 Ford Crown Victoria (P71 option code) police interceptor and base models equipped with the factory 16" STEEL wheels.  They will NOT fit the 17" wheels (please check your tire/wheel size).  These caps install with plastic lug caps on the existing threaded lug nuts.  All of the plastic lug caps (20) required for installation ARE included.  The actual lug nuts are NOT included.  The center caps for these wheel covers are NOT included or available at this time.  This listing is for a set of WHEEL COVERS without the center caps!
