Very few cars have achieved the iconic status of the Shelby Cobra. The story of the chicken farmer from Texas who set out to beat the "big boys" at their own game is legendary. In 1963 the Shelby Cobra took to the tracks, and already in its first year, the Cobra managed to clinge the US Road Racing Championship title, competing on legendary tracks across the United States.
 This is a quality item. It is embroidery with iron on glue on its backside for extra security. We usually both sew and glue these on to make sure they are sitting properly in the tough motor racing environment! This patch would look good on any Cobra garment and is a reminder of a great episode in racing history! It meassures appr 110 mm ( 4,5 inches ) in diameter.
