Method of Payment: Paypal Only! Payment must be made within 7 days after the end of the auction.

RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted for deffective merchandise only! All sales are firm and final. You have 7 days from the day you receive the item to return it if deffective. The item must not be damaged if you are returning it and all packing material and paperwork must be included. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, please contact us before leaving feedback, we want you to be satisfied. We are not satistied until you are.

REFUND POLICY: We do refund for non received or deffective items only! Claim for non received items MUST be made within 45 days from the date the payment is received. No refund will be issued after 50 days from the date of payment. Deffective items: 7 days/ Non received items 50 days.

SHIPPING: The item is in the US and will be shipped via USPS First Class. Tracking # for US only Not for International!

We ship within 48h00 if not the same day after we receive your payment (excepted weekends and Holidays).

Please do not mistake shipping time with delivery or transit time. Once we present the item to the carrier, we do not have any control of the transit. So please, if your item takes time to get delivered to you look at the date on the stamp. We are responsible for shipping time not transit time!

Cannot be responsable for delayed deliveries. Make sure your address is correct before making your payment. If incorrect, we will not refund shipping cost. No exceptions!

INTERNATIONAL: The item are in the US, delivery time between 8 to 21 days for Europe, Canada and Australia via USPS Regular Airmail. Take in consideration that it is an INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT and the items may be held by custom for up to 6 weeks subject to inspection (happens rarely but it happens sometimes).

COMBINED SHIPPING: (depending of the items)! You can keep shopping 7 days after the end of the first auction to combine shipping and reduce the cost. Contact us and let us know so we don't report an unpaid item.

Please note that if you do not combine items and make separate payments, once your payments have been received we won't be able to adjust the cost and refund the difference it and it'll be too late to recalculate shipping cost. If you have any doubts about combined shipping, please contact us or send us a total amount request.

INVOICE: For multiple items bought in different communities since we have listings in ( Spain, France and the US), a separate invoice will be sent for each.Because of the different currencies we can not combined invoices, but does that not affect the combine shipping cost who will still be applied..

NOTE: We have listings in the US and EUROPE, pay attention to the currency of the listings

Since we list in Europe and the US, we have some listings with different currencies EURO and USD, please pay attention when you buy! For this reason we cannot combine items bought in different ebay communities and you will have to make separate payments.We will have to adjust the shipping cost, it wil not be calculated automaticatly but shipping discount will still be applied and items shipped together. .

UNPAID ITEMS: All unpaid item within 7 days after the sale is automatically relisted and reported to ebay followed with a negative feedback and buyer will be forbiden to bid on our other auctions in the future. Please understand that we cannot hold on to the item too long, so note that after a 7 days period items may not be available anymore.

ORDER CANCELLATION: A restocking Fee of 15% of the total amount will be applied for all paid transactions that we will have to cancel and refund if a cancellation is requested once payment has been received. These 15% will be deducted from the reversed payment.

FEEDBACK: A feedback is appreciated after you receive your item.That lets us know you have received it and you are satisfied. If left, we will do the same. We leave feedback only if we receive one from you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, please contact us before leaving feedback and maybe we can work it out. If negative or neutral feedback left without having communicated, we will return the same feedback. Be fair and honnest about the feeddback rating as we strive for 5*****.

Before leaving negative comments about the shipping time, please look at the shipping date on the stamp.

OPERATION HOURS: We operate Monday trought Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm US time/ for Western Europe 14:00 to 23:00. We are closed on weekends and all US Holidays.
