They are carefully packaged and shipped from our location.  Damage during the shipping process is beyond our control.  Please contact us and let us know if damage has been done.  Upon notifying us, we may require the item be returned or pictures of the damage be sent to us before issuing credit.  We DO NOT issue credit if you decide you bid on the wrong item.
