Any damaged items must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt, and immediately reported to the carrier. If you fail to do this your claim may be denied. By signing the Bill Of Lading you agree that your parts were received in satisfactory condition.Some items will be shipped through the United States Postal Service or FedEx when applicable. Oversize items such as hoods, some fenders, full floor pans and quarter panels will be shipped via truck freight pre-paid. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Most items are shipped within 24 hours of placing an order, we ship Monday-Friday. Most fiberglass hoods have a current wait time of 2-4 weeks. Call or e-mail for details on the specific hood you are interested in. We will only ship to a verified street address if paying with a credit card. No P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses please. Due to high demand some items may be on backorder at the time you place an order. If you are a local customer and would like us to deliver your parts please call or email us. Additional charges may apply. We do ship to Canada and Internationally. Better Place EV Battery Swap business goes bust
Tue, 28 May 2013It seemed like a good idea: take the cost of batteries out of the cost of buying an electric car and instead charge EV owners to use ‘Battery Swap’ stations where depleted batteries could be swapped for fully charged ones in the time it takes to fill an ICE car with petrol. But it’s all gone a bit Pete Tong. Better Place – which partnered with Renault in 2009 to make the battery swap technology viable – has failed to find anyone to add to the $750 million already involved in the project and has filed for bankruptcy.

Imaginatively named The Climax Sport Racer the new car gets powered by a Ford 4.6 V8 developing 345bhp with a supercharged version offering 415bhp. All that grunt is driven through the rear wheels by a 6-speed Graziano GT ME1 gearbox.
