Small Engine Supercharger Project Kit on 2040-parts.com

Location:

Easton, Pennsylvania, United States

Easton, Pennsylvania, United States
Condition:For parts or not working

this is an industrial vane blower/vacumn pump that i was going to rework and use for mini bike supercharger.it will require considerable development and fabrication to make it work but it should be a monster power boost for small engine. i got the idea from you tube guys that use automotive smog pumps and because i repair these i found a good one with a bad motor and cut motor shaft off and planned on fabricating a new shaft and drilling end plate for belt drive and bearing support. this is about 3 times the size of automotive smog pump so it should make plenty of boost, but it will require extensive development and machining to make it work.if you are mad scientist person with engineering and machining ability this could be for you.please post video on you tube for me when its finished.  i put oem drawing of unit and data tag are also included if future parts are needed. internal parts and carbon vanes are all in good condition and are reusable. unit is iron construction and very heavy #45 lbs.

The new soft-top is bigger yet lighter than the old convertible A3, and has morphed into a more resolved silhouette courtesy of its booted rear instead of the old version’s chopped hatch profile. Plus, for the first time ever, an S3 Cabriolet is set to join the range, offering a 155mph breeze in your hair, and 0-62mph in around 5.0sec.

Cyclists urged to make themselves visible

Tue, 22 Oct 2013

CYCLISTS have been warned to take precautions to make themselves easier to see, in time for the darker evenings of winter time. The clocks are set to wind back by an hour this Sunday, bringing darkness down on homeward commutes and making collisions involving cyclists statistically more likely. A survey of 1,000 cyclists, carried out by Autoglass, found that 48% had been caught without lights or high-visibility clothing when the clocks go back.
