Chrysler announces high school design competition

Chrysler has launched its ‘Autorama High School Design Competition 2013'. The competition calls for high school students currently attending a Detroit Public School to design a future luxury Chrysler brand vehicle they picture for the year 2030. Students must submit their designs on one sheet of 14" x 16" paper using pencils, markers or paint and include their name, school, grade level and contact information.

2013 BMW M3 offered in Frozen Red, White and Blue

Hot on the heels of the BMW 6-series Frozen Silver Edition coupe, the company says it will build a Frozen Edition of the M3 in three all-American colors: red, white and blue. Last year the company produced Frozen black and Frozen silver versions of the hopped-up 3-series. College Exhibition: Hongik University Degree Show 2006

Senior transportation Design students at Korea's Hong-ik University presented their works in the School's Graduate Exhibition 2006 held in October. Running from March 4th to July 10th, the Renault-sponsored project with the theme 'My First Renault', gave the students a fairly open brief to design a personal vision of a Renault vehicle of the near future. The students also had a presentation with Patrick Le Quement, the Renault senior vice president, corporate design, Anthony Grade (vice president) and Jean-Marie Hurtiger, the executives of Renault-Samsung Motor's in their design center in Gi-heung, Korea in November.
