‘Big Red London Bus’ returns

The 21st Century 'Routemaster' Double-Decker Bus will be in service by 2012 I doubt we can speak for everyone who visits London. But from our perspective London is a poorer place now the iconic Routemaster red buses are relegated to the odd heritage route and pay-to-see tourist trip (and we’d have to say the same about Mercedes Taxis – nicer places to be but they don’t look right). What’s needed is a 21st century version of the Routemaster (and the Black Cab – but that’s another story).

The Mitsubishi i-Miev grows in size for the US It’s a big enough problem getting the UK and Europe to buy in to the idea of a very small city car, much less one powered by an electric motor with all the power of a glorified washing machine (exaggerates for effect). The Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge concept bowed at the Detroit auto show on Monday. This is the same F1-Spa-Francorchamps-inspired sedan that the company teased early in December. It's purely a concept for now, and therefore only has a hypothetical powerplant.
