We will re-ship your exchanged item when we receive the returned item from you or, preferably you can elect to have the 2nd item charged to your account. Credit for the 1st item will be given when the package is inspected, received and processed. (Credits take 1-2 weeks for processing.)

All Return Exchange Items MUST be in brand new condition, which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. Shipments depending on location can take anywhere from 6 to 7 days (In the lower 48) For all shipping we use USPS Priority Mail, and all international & free shipping packages we use USPS, all international packages could take longer then domestic packages depending on the countries customs offices, we do provide tracking numbers for all packages via e-mail that is provided by your pay-pal receipt. Once the shipment is processed you will receive your tracking number in your e-mail.
