This is a 2 letter rating system. The first letter is the cold temp coefficient rating and the second letter is the hot temp coefficient. The higher the letters, the higher the coefficient of friction.

Our Full-Metal pads contain Copper, Carbon, Tin, Lead and other metallic elements and have a DOT rating of “FG”.
