-Step #1) Buyer must contact us and request an RMA Number for any eligible item. (Item cannot be used or installed, must have original packaging/tags and no more than 14 days from the date you received the item. See the full details below.)
-Step #2) Place a NEW ORDER for the item/items.
-Step #3) Once the merchandise you returned arrives we'll REFUND you 100% using your original method of payment after the item is inspected (typically happens within 2 business days of receiving your item(s)).
Return and Exchanges:
-For RETURNED items, original "free shipping" charges will be deducted from the refunded price. Buyer is responsible for shipping the items back to us here in Michigan.
-For EXCHANGED items, Buyer is responsible for shipping the items back to us here in Michigan. A flat $9.95 shipping fee will be charged to the Buyer to send out replacement item.
-All products returned must be in new, unused condition with all packaging and tags included. Once the items are ridden in or installed on the bike we are unable to take them back. The only exception to this would be defective items. (Please see Warranty Terms below) We are not responsible for the product manufacturers sizing discrepancies and the buyer assumes all responsibility for all sizing decisions, liabilities and expenses due to incorrectly sized purchases.
-Alaska, Hawaii, APO and International orders do not qualify for free return shipping. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
-Our No Hassle Policy applies to Closeout and Sale items, shop with confidence.
-Eligible returns or exchanges must be arranged within 14 calendar days from shipping date. International orders may be determined on a case by case basis as shipping times vary.
-The return or exchange must be shipped back to our location within 10 business days from when the RMA number was issued.
-We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee when the item in question does not meet our return criteria. An example of this would be missing or damaged packaging.
No Returns or Exchanges On:
-Electrical items where the box has been opened and or the part has been installed. (If the part was defective that would be handled under the manufacturer's warranty).
-Fiberglass parts, including bodywork, undertails, and huggers.
-Used merchandise of any sort. Please make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in. If you install the parts or ride in the gear at all, it is used and cannot be resold.
-Special order items and or any item made to a custom spec (custom size, color etc...)
Part, Tires & Tools:
-Tires may be exchanged if unused. We do not refund or credit the actual shipping we paid to get the tires to you.
-Any tools removed from the original package may not be returned.
-Any part that shows signs of being installed may not be returned.
Warranty:
-No warranty, written or implied is made on any products made or sold by Riders Resource. All descriptions given by Riders Resource as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Riders Resource cannot assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product manufactured or sold. Riders Resource shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. A motorist was caught doing 149mph on the M25, a Freedom of Information request has revealed. The rushing driver was flashed by a speed camera on the London orbital near Swanley, Kent and heads a list of Britain’s fastest speeders in a new survey. All of the UK’s 39 police forces were asked to cough up their most outrageous speeding offences in the past year by the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) and the results make eye-popping reading.

Imagine if the "X-Files" took place in 1960s Japan, and had its own cool custom car the heroes rolled around in: the Tortoise, a pudgy little thing that resembled the unholy combination of an Opel GT and a Dustbuster. It was bulletproof (not really), had gullwing doors (really) and was based on a Subaru 360 (really!). Sadly, its whereabouts are unknown, and it might have disappeared into the ether along with the UFOs its heroes probably investigated.

2012 Lexus GS 250 debuts in China this week
We’ve had the reveal of the 2012 Lexus GS 450h, and we’ve even reported on the US GS 350 and that the UK and Europe are to get an entry-level GS – the Lexus GS 250. But so far we’ve not had a proper reveal of the GS 250, just a bit of information and the assumption it’s a less powerful and less well-equipped version of the GS 450h. Which it is, and this week we get to see exactly what the entry-level GS offers with its public debut at the Guangzhou Motor Show in China.
