Stand alone Ecotec wiring harness and computer. This is a factory harness that has been trimmed down to only what is needed to run the engine. All transmission and emission related codes have been deleted. Currently the flash that is in the ecm was done on a dyno in a dune buggy pretty much stock plus a little more HP and torque. 2014 Volvo S80 grabs IIHS Top Safety Pick Plus+
Thu, 19 Dec 2013The second-generation Volvo S80 has been with us since 2008, and just a year before its scheduled replacement with an all-new model it has managed to grab a Top Safety Pick+ rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). The S80 now joins its XC90, XC60, and S60 siblings in receiving this accolade, which was instituted just last year when the IIHS created a new type of crash test called the small overlap test. The small overlap test is designed to recreate a rather typical road accident scenario, one which hadn't been added to the roster of crash tests by most vehicle organizations.

Tue, 08 Jan 2013Plans have been announced to extend practical driving test centres in to Halfords stores, starting with Wellingborough on February 5th. At the moment, there are around 400 driving test centres in the UK where you can take the practical part of your driving test, but that’s about to change with the news that Halfords – the car accessories chain – is to start offering driving tests. Halfords stores around the UK are expected to start offering test facilities after Road Safety Minister, Stephen Hammond, gave the go ahead for to extend driving test in to local stores to give learners more choice.
