I try to list my items in a fair manner. Occasionally something minor is overlooked. Please email me to discuss any specifics, if you see any operating function that is not covered in the ad.  All items, unless otherwise stated, are simply turned on. I have to write all of this, because recently, people want to haggle after a sale. For instance, a computer is sold, pictures show it to be in good condition. The buyer receives the computer and finds that there is a 2mm crack on the back panel. The pictures barely show it, if at all and the description does not mention it. The buyer then wants $20 back, because of the cosmetic imperfection. This hypothetical case is the entire reason for writing all of this text. beyond what is stated. You are most likely bidding on a used item so there may be a small or cosmetic imperfection that is overlooked. Money will not be refunded for these sorts of issues beyond the stated testing procedure. After all, these are used items that have seen use and will show cosmetic imperfection. I have to be tough with my descriptions and terms due to recent policy changes feedback and Buyer protection abuse. Ebay is a great place to find good deals on pre-owned items. The low price of these items reflects the fact that they are used and might have some minor imperfection.

Returns:

We do not specialize in any one type of item. We photograph every item individually and do our best to research and describe each item accurately. When posting media, like DVDs, CDs, Books, etc. eBay usually provide their own pictures and/or descriptions that may not look like the same as the listing, and could be an error in their own database. Please make sure via the UPC or ISBN number. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns for minor description errors. Please understand that you are purchasing the exact item that is photographed and that all items are sold on an AS-IS basis.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Domestic Services:

We use a variety of couriers. Packages may be shipped via FedEx,USPS, or UPS.

All packages are automatically insured up to $100. If you would like to purchase additional insurance you will need to notify us prior to shipment.

Shipping costs for large items will be dramatically higher due to dimensional charges by FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

Please be aware that USPS (United States Postal Service) provides a Delivery Confirmation Number NOT a Tracking Number. In some circumstances tracking information is not updated immediately or until the package has been delivered.  This does not mean the package has not been shipped. It is more likely that Postal Service employees failed to scan the package during processing.

FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO/APO/FPO boxes. You must provide a street address for all FedEx and UPS packages

Higher shipping costs may apply to customers residing in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, a US Territory, or a Military Installation (APO/FPO). Please send us a message and we will work with you to get the lowest rate possible.
