Car insurance 'ghost broker' jailed

A "GHOST BROKER" from south-west London has been jailed at the Old Bailey for what is believed to be the UK's biggest fake car insurance scam, police said. Water from the sea could power cars of the future, if experiments currently being trialled by the US Navy prove to be successful.
