This starter drive is an N.O.S. (new- old stock) item I picked up at a close-out garage auction. It was in a larger box with some other items I wanted. I don't need it so it is up for sale. It has some surface rust on the shaft, but this is cosmetic only, the gear slides smoothly, no problems. I tried to price it reasonably. I don't know exactly what vehicle it fits in, but I believe it fits Chevy's from the 70's into the 90's, Please check your application before committing to purchase it. Stirling Moss won sixteen Grands Prix in his career and became synonymous with the Mille Miglia, but his career ended in 1962 after a crash at Goodwood put him in a coma for a month. The 2012 Goodwood Festival of Speed is only four months away, and one of the highlights will be the Bonhams sale of the car collection of famed watch maker George Daniels, which includes a 1929 Bentley 4 1/2 Litre Supercharged Racing Single-Seater once owned by Tim Birkin in which he set the Brooklands Outer Circuit Lap Record in 1932 at 137mph. Tim Birkin was one of the fabled ‘Bentley Boys’ and George Daniels one of the most famous horologists in the world, and the sale of this Bentley 4 1/2 Litre ‘Blower’ is bound to attract a lot of attention and interest, with every expectation it could raise as much as £4 million.
