You are bidding on a green line Sun 7000 R.P.M. tachometer with original sender that i have had for several years. I removed it from a "clone" 1962 409 in the late 60's. Great for late 50's,early 60's applications.  The head is very nice and tests perfectly when applying voltage from AA battery momentarily. Quick needle deflection returning to zero. Batteries were removed from sender years ago. Rather than track down batteries i would convert to battery free operation.  I have done this on my early vetts, with great success.  I will explain to winning bidder the process i have used to eliminate the sender batteries.  This is a easy process. NO MORE BATTERIES and still the "old school" look, using the original sender still mounted under your hood.  The process can be completed VERY REASONABLE ($5.00-$20.00).   There is a small crack in the lower right portion of lens. This has been there for many years.(since i have owned it) Hardly noticeable as its in the black area, but should be mentioned. I also have the dash mount bracket for this that i will include in sale along  with nice column mount shown. The older heads and cases are much better quality than the re-pop stuff. Pay-pal accepted. Shipping lower 48 states 15.00 with tracking and ins. Regards GREATDEALSONLY

Volkswagen is debuting a new engine in its U.S. lineup, a 1.8-liter four-cylinder turbocharged and direct-injected TSI engine known internally as EA888, and the first car to receive it will be the 2014 Volkswagen Passat. The Passat will stay the same on the outside for the 2014 model year, but the new 1.8-liter engine promises to deliver as much power as the outgoing 2.5-liter engine it is replacing, 170 hp, while gaining seven more lb-ft of torque for a total of 184 lb-ft.

Belgian Grand Prix (2012) RESULT

Sun, 02 Sep 2012

With a resurgent Jenson Button on pole for the Belgian Grand Prix, will Spa see McLaren back in charge? Jenson Button and his McLaren were in perfect harmony in qualifying for the 2012 Belgian Grand Prix at Spa with button claiming his first pole for McLaren, and his first in three years. That promise looked good as Button left the line cleanly ahead of the pack, but then behind him there was carnage as Grosjean in the Lotus moved across straight in to the side of Hamilton, also taking out Alonso, Kobayashi and Perez, and forcing a restart to the race.

Jaguar XF Sportbrake: Better than Santa’s Sleigh

Jaguar XF Sportbrake - the Santa Special Jaguar continue the ‘official’ spy tease for the XF Estate with a spy photo of Santa packing presents in the back of the XF Sportbrake. Did Jaguar miss a trick with the ‘spy’ photo they’ve divvied up today of Father Christmas packing presents in to the back of the new XF Sportbrake? Where are the Jaguar logos on the wrapping paper?
