Door Hinge Set

Set of door hinges, 4 pieces (left-hand and right-hand upper and lower), removed from a Series V Alpine (square-corner door) parts car. I have read in a few places that the hinges remained the same on all Alpines and Tigers, but am not 100% sure; please confirm fitment with photos and request measurements if needed.

The doors on the parts car were opening and closing without much effort before removal. All hinges move well, without much in the way of stickiness.

Including all but one of the fasteners, as shown. Also including one extra related plate (I'm not sure which side it came off of)

See my other items for more Tiger / Alpine parts.

Payment methods accepted are Paypal.

Buyer to pay $34.30 for Canada Post shipping to the Continental USA (this includes the 11% premium that eBay is now charging sellers on shipping costs). Canadian shipping will cost about the same, and depend on province.

All other locations pay actual shipping rate, plus the same eBay fee on the shipping. I ship internationally, but international rates on a piece this size are going to be very expensive (generally 3-4 times the USA rate for European destinations, and 5-6 times the USA rate for Australia/New Zealand). Thanks for looking and good luck!

Ford warms up new era of car-guy leaders

Thu, 01 Nov 2012

A minor temblor shook Dearborn, Mich., today with the announcement that Mark Fields, president of the Americas, climbed the golden corporate ladder to grab the chief operating officer ring, setting him up to succeed Alan Mulally in a couple of years. The move did not come as a shock-it only confirmed the whispers of auto industry Royal Watchers. The biggest news for those who care about cars, however, is two-fold: Jim Farley, Ford's global marketing boss, also takes the helm of Lincoln.

Wed, 15 Feb 2012

The 2012 Kia cee’d debuts at Geneva After a single photo of the 2012 Kia cee’d in January, Kia now reveals its new cee’d ahead of a Geneva debut. Just like sibling Hyundai, Kia is on the up and the new 2012 Kia cee’d promises another jump in quality and appeal when it arrives in the UK in June after a public debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show next month. We had one photo of the new Kia cee’d last month, but now Kia has really pushed the boat out and sent us a whole four photos of their new Golf-sized offering.

Elemental RP1 sports car (2014): first pictures of Britain’s newest track car

Mon, 23 Jun 2014

By Jonny Edge First Official Pictures 23 June 2014 15:58 The frighteningly lightweight Elemental RP1 emerged fully for the first time today, ahead of its public debut at this week’s Goodwood Festival of Speed 2014. At its heart, the 450kg RP1 has a unique carbon-composite tub based on the designs of contemporary race cars. The driver will sit 'feet up', allowing for greater underfloor downforce, which goes some way to explaining how the car achieves a quoted 200kg of downforce at 100mph.
