Citroen to revive iconic DS badge

Citroen will revive its legendary DS badge for a new range of near-premium models, industry sources said. The French brand will unveil plans for the new DS range on Wednesday, when the carmaker launches a global rebranding campaign. A concept previewing the first DS-badged model, a DS3 small car, will debut at the Geneva motor show in March.

The prototype will most likely be based on the French firm’s current 308 hatchback – underpinned by PSA Peugeot Citroen’s latest EMP2 platform – and will continue to evolve the brand’s new design direction. 2013 Ford SVT Raptor to offer more off-road options

Ford will offer some unique upgrades for its off-road terror, the F-150 SVT Raptor, in the 2013 model year. According to Ford, the truck will offer an industry-first—beadlock wheels direct from the factory. Beadlocks allow the driver to secure the edges of the tire to the wheel by clamping the tire between the wheel and a beadlock ring kit from Ford Racing.
