Tue, 18 Jan 2011Tag Heuer MP4-12C Chronograph Expensive watches and expensive cars do go together. It’s rare to find a man – or woman, for that matter – with a predilection for exotica on four wheels who doesn’t also lust after fine watches. And fine most everything else.
Beijing motor show: China means (auto) business
Tue, 22 Apr 2008By Guy Bird Motor Shows 22 April 2008 05:34 Only a fool wandering around this week's Beijing motor show would still dismiss China as some also-ran automotive market full of rip-off designs and outdated ‘new’ cars based on old Western designs. While all of those clichés were still in evidence at the Chinese auto show, the copycat mentality is much less obvious than even a year ago at last year's Shanghai show. Museo Casa Enzo Ferrari opens in Modena [w/video and gallery]
Mon, 12 Mar 2012A new Ferrari museum opened this weekend in Modena celebrating the life and work of Enzo Ferrari, the legend behind the Italian supercar icon. The €18 million Museo Casa Enzo Ferrari, which is built on the ruins of the birthplace of Enzo Ferrari, not only features iconic Ferraris from throughout the company's existence but also includes other cars with links to the Modena valley area. The new gallery – crafted from yellow aluminum, the color of Modena and the prancing horse logo's background – not only charts the key moments in Enzo's life but also showcases how Modena became the traditional home of other iconic Italian supercar makers such as Maserati, De Tomaso and Pagani.
