Kia Venga heading to Frankfurt

Kia are to reveal the Kia Venga - a mini MPV - at the Frankfurt Motor Show But now Kia has turned the No. 3 Concept in to a reality, and are launching the Kia Venga to the Frankfurt Motor Show next month (maybe they can get the Dutch dance band the Vengaboys to do the promo – boom, boom, boom?!). Mercedes GLA 45 AMG Concept: Los Angeles Auto Show (video)

The Mercedes GLA 45 AMG Concept has been revealed in LA Over the weekend we had a teaser video from AMG for the GLA 45 AMG Concept, although Mercedes didn’t actually name it as such. But a GLA with the same powertrain as the A 45 and CLA 45 AMG is exactly what Mercedes’ AMG concept tease was, and it’s now been revealed in LA ahead of a likely debut in production form in 2014. The GLA 45 AMG Concept gets bold graphics – something buyers would be unlikely to want – and 21″ forged alloys painted matt black with a red rim and red brake callipers to shout its intent.

Caterham Seven Supersport R (2012) first pictures

It's certainly been a busy week for Caterham. Just a few days ago the company announced its partnership with Renault to create a new range of Alpine sports cars, and now the Surrey-based outfit has gone back its roots to develop an even more hardcore version of the Seven Supersport. Called the Caterham Seven Supersport R, the lightweight special gets an engine capacity increase and power bump over the regular car, but carries over its racing car-derived suspension.
