reason upon delivery, we will make it right (see damage policy below). ProMark Winches carry a 6 Month Product Warranty for the Original Purchaser Only. This warranty excludes cables/synthetic ropes and roller/hawse fairleads. Warranty claims will be serviced through repair or replacement and replacement parts will supplied to fulfill warranty claims when appropriate. The customer is responsible for all warranty repair/replacement/parts shipment costs.

and Return Policy Damage Policy - If you receive a product that is
damaged in shipment please contact us immediately. We can file a damage
report with the shipping company and make arrangements to resolve the
damage. Any and all damage must be documented with photos of the damage
(this is required to file a claim with the shipping company) and
emailed to us within 3 days of delivery. |

All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item to process your refund. You are responsible for returning the product in new factory, resalable condition. It must arrive unused and un-damaged in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Suzuki XA Alpha concept
Mon, 16 Jan 2012The XA Alpha concept 2012 was unveiled at the New Dehli Auto Expo by Suzuki and its Indian collaborator, Maruti. Although little information has been released, rumors circling the show floor suggest that it is underpinned by the Swift platform. Similar in size to Nissan's Juke, the XA Alpha is pitched at India's youth market, although the show car's suicide doors and highly detailed lamp graphics are unlikely to reach showrooms.

CDN recently caught up with Castriota - who is currently in New York - and discovered he's already working on a series of projects, despite having not yet officially launched the company. Castriota told us that it had always been his "dream to have my own consultancy in New York", yet what's clearly pleasing him most is the volume of work he's already accrued, without officially launching the firm.
