Top End Engine Rebuild Kit & Cylinder Machining Service

for the 1987-2005 Suzuki LT80 Quadsport Four-Wheelers!

This is an ENGINE TOP END REBUILD KIT and MACHINING SERVICE for all year models of your 1987-2005 Suzuki LT80 Quadsport four-wheelers.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a remanufacturing service of the cylinder that you're mailing in for us to machine. Your cylinder must be a good cylinder with enough room in the sleeve to machine to the next oversize. If the sleeve in your cylinder is already bored to the max size or is damaged, cracked, etc, we offer a re-sleeving service for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss details. You will be required to remove the gasket material from the bottom of the cylinder prior to mailing it in. If you want us to remove your gasket from the cylinder, you will need to pay an additional $15.00 gasket removal fee. We also offer a bead blasting service of your cylinder for an additional $20.00 fee, if interested.

You mail in your cylinder to us, and we'll machine it and send it back to you in the kit.

We'll bore and hone your cylinder to the next oversize.

We'll include a matched oversized WiseCo forged piston and ring kit which includes piston pin and circlips.

Honda has released the first official images of the Prius-fighting Honda Insight, which is due to launch in the New Year at the Detroit Motor Show, and be in UK Car showrooms in the Spring of 2009. Honda has been sceptical about the future of the Hybrid/Electric car, and has expressed the view that it believes the long term future lies in Hydrogen powered EVs, rather than EVs per se. But this is a sensible move by Honda to take away sales from the Toyota Prius.
