Wed, 02 May 2012Opel has taken on the winner of last year's Car Design News – Opel/Vauxhall Interactive Design Competition, Victor Uribe, to work as the latest addition to its creative design team. Uribe, a Transportation Design graduate from Istituto Europeo Di Design in Turin, Italy, emerged as the winner in the exterior design category for his submission, ‘Lounge in Motion', and won himself a six-month internship at the Opel/Vauxhall's European Design Studio in Rüsselsheim, Germany. Stirling Moss recovering after breaking ankles in fall down elevator shaft at home
Mon, 08 Mar 2010Racing legend Stirling Moss is recovering after falling three floors down an elevator shaft in his Mayfair, England, home. The 80-year-old broke both ankles in the fall, as well as four bones in his feet. He also suffered injuries to his vertebrae.
