Caterham 620R heading for Goodwood debut

The Caterham 620R is heading for Goodwood this week for a debut – and consigning the current R500 to the history bin in the process – as the most powerful road going car Caterham have ever produced. The power comes from the same 2.0 litre Supercharged Ford engine as the R500, but in the 620R the wick has been turned up to 11, with 310bhp on offer, enough to scoot the 500kg 620R to 62mph in just 2.8 seconds.

Volvo confirms 395bhp four-cylinder for new 2015 XC90

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 08 July 2014 08:00 Volvo has confirmed engine details on the new 2015 XC90 - and it'll be crowned by the XC90 T8 plug-in hybrid, a 4x4 with 395bhp and around 60g/km of CO2. The Swedish seven-seat crossover hasn't been unveiled yet (expect full pictures in August 2014) and Volvo is busy building up the publicity machine with snapshots inside the new XC90 and now teasing us with engine details. Fisker Atlantic official The Fisker Atlantic – a smaller range extender car from Fisker – has been officially revealed on the eve of the New York Auto Show. We had the leaked photos of the new Fisker Atlantic a few days ago – a car we’d known as ‘Project Nina until now – but now we have the real deal from Fisker on the Atlantic as the New York Auto Show gets ready to strut its stuff. And we don’t really know any more about Fisker’s new baby than we did before.
