This is an OEM LH Exhaust from a 2013 Triumph Bonneville SE. It is scratched along the side and has several small dents. The damage is cosmetic and does not affect the function of the unit. This is from a US unit and is compatible with US emissions systems.

The kitten was found cowering under the wheel-arch of the vehicle by horticultural workers at South Somerset District Council.
