Spyker Venator – First photo and details of Spyker’s B6 Concept arrive

The first photo of the Spyker Venator – Spyker’s new car concept for the Geneva Motor Show – has arrived ahead of a reveal next week. If the modern history of Spyker (and of Saab) has taught us anything, it’s that you should never doubt the ability of a dapper, self-confident, deal-making Dutchman to bounce back from adversity. Leonardo DiCaprio launches Formula E racing team

Called Venturi Automobiles, the new motorsport outfit will campaign a single-seater racing car in the first season of the Formula E all-electric championship next year. The minimalist trackday special will be one of a number of cars in which competitors will lock horns at the annual motorsport extravaganza at Wembley Stadium on 13-14 December. The X-Bow open cockpit will, according to RoC organisers Fredrik Johnsson and ex-rally ace Michele Mouton, allow spectators at the adrenalin-fuelled two-day event to see the world’s greatest drivers from Formula 1, World Rallying, World Touring Cars and the Le Mans 24 Hours in full-blooded action.
