  • This high quality antenna features a fully retractable (disappears) 31 inch/78cm chrome (stainless steel) mast with special key lock tip, two keys are included (manual antenna, no motor).
  • The 48 inch/122cm cable has a Motorola male plug attached for a good connection to the back of most car stereo radios.
  • The round base and mounting hardware can accommodate up to 35 degrees of fender slope.
  • A 23 mm-3/4 inch round hole needed if not already existing for installation from above the fender.
  • If you can install from under the fender only a 19mm hole is needed.
  • The base rubber gasket is 32mm/1 1/4 inches allowing a mounting footprint of up to 32mm/1 1/4 in (to hide the hole in the fender).
  • A support bracket is also included but this is not needed on some installations.
  • Because it is a disappearing antenna, there must be room for a 9 3/4 inch long by 3/4 inch diameter tube beneath the fender.
  • A perfect replacement antenna for US made and foreign cars including: Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, & BMW

BMW is less than a year away from officially revealing the fifth generation of the menacing M3, the first to receive turbocharged six-cylinder power. The performance sedan, code-named F80, is expected to appear as a lightly veiled concept at the 2013 Geneva motor show, debuting the appearance and mechanical package of the M division's eagerly anticipated Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG rival. A showroom-ready version with a production interior arrives at next year's Frankfurt motor show, BMW sources say.

New V6 for 2015 Ford F-150 to be built in Ohio

Ford Motor Co. is investing $500 million to build a new compact, lightweight turbocharged V-6 engine for the redesigned F-150 pickup at a plant in Lima, Ohio. Ford introduced the 2.7-liter engine in January at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit along with the 2015 F-150.
