The TeraFlex JK 4” Elite LCG Long FlexArm System is a perfect balance of low center of gravity and ground clearance, while providing enormous performance gains. Major suspension areas that are addressed include: Anti-dive for proper front braking, Anti-squat for proper power to wheels suspension movement, and several improvements to the front and rear roll centers. ¼” steel plate with fully gusseted bracketry and 2” OD x .281 wall DOM FlexArms provide the basis for one extremely durable suspension system.

• This kit is designed to fit up to 37” tires (aftermarket wheels with 4.5” backspacing or less is required).

Some drivers weren't even born the last time the Chevrolet Camaro outsold the Ford Mustang. But it happened in June as the reborn Camaro dusted the restyled Mustang, 9,320 to 7,362. The last time the Camaro beat the Mustang in a monthly sales race was October 1993, when Chevy sold 10,985 Camaros and Ford sold 5,680 Mustangs.

Make it your personal tribute, however brief, to this grand old man of auto racing journalists because he left us late Thursday, Sept. 27 at age 91, and he left a hole in the motorsports firmament that can never be filled.

BMW ‘reveals’ new EfficientDynamics prototype

BMW has established a Web site called www.dontblogabouthis.com with the express purpose of revealing a prototype being used to test a new gasoline-electric driveline earmarked for a future sports car. It’s expected to be launched in 2012 as part of BMW’s EfficientDynamics program. Featuring two short videos and four photographs of a 6-series based prototype, the Web site provides no additional information about the prototype other than to suggest that the car in question is “more than a 6-series”and is “not in its final stage.” Close inspection reveals the matte black BMW mule has a new front end resembling that of the one-off EfficientDynamics concept revealed at last year’s Frankfurt motor show.
