All you have to do is call us for a RMA (returned merchandise authorization) and ship it back to us prepaid and we will do what’s necessary to fix it. We want you back on the road again ASAP.*

Our transmissions are shipped by freight all over the country, to terminal hub or business with a forklift. Freight charges vary depending on where you are located in the country. Charges are designated as follows:

• Southeastern USA (blue on the map): FREE shipping
  
• Northeastern USA (orange on map): $175
• Middle USA (green on the map): $175
• Western USA (red on the map): $350

We also ship worldwide, please request a quote from us before you buy. Shipping to Canada and Mexico can be shipped by freight, we ship to other countries by ocean freight (30-45 days to arrive to port).
