Torklift Camper  Front FordTie Downs

The ultimate in frame mounted tie downs. Leading the camper tie down industry in strength, quality, advanced design, and installation. Torklift true frame mounted tie downs are far superior to any available system.

The Torklift system is unique in its patented design utilizing four independent tie down points (with no belly or crossbar), working much like your receiver type trailer hitch; the inserts are removable, allowing for a discreet system when not in use.

They are designed for each make and model to fit tight to the frame to prevent compromising ground clearance. Torklift tie downs are not universal therefore all the problems with correct fit for each particular application have been eliminated. You can find the exact fit for your make and model on Torklift's Website( click here), or by calling Gib's RV Superstore at 1-800-824-4388.

Will the Toyota Prius plug-in cost much the same as a normal Prius?

Mon, 19 Sep 2011

Toyota Prius plug-in - only around £2.5k more than a regular Prius? Toyota has managed to corner the market in hybrid cars over the last decade after its remarkably prescient decision to focus on ‘Eco’ cars long before the mainstream cottoned on to the changing mood of governments – and car buyers – to the impact cars have on wallets and the environment. We won’t drag out our usual objections to the ceaseless quest for pointless ever-lower CO2 emissions, but we will instead commend the Prius for being a remarkable transport appliance, one which – if driven in a certain manner – can produce remarkable feats of economy and emit pleasingly low levels of the stuff that does real harm – NOx and Particulates.
