Wiper arm is in excellent working condition. Spring is tight and firm without any free play. Splines for wiper motor shaft are defined and pronounced.
Letter D on shaft end of wiper arm pertains to (D)rivers side location of installation.

Black finish is good except for chipped paint in mounting area of wiper arm due to attaching wiper blades.
