It is constructed from light gray, dark gray and black and accented with red marine grade, UV and moisture resistant vinyl. It offers gray aluminum hinges. This seat measures approximately 24" wide x 19" high x 19 1/4" deep overall. The seat folds down to an approximate height of 9" high. The seat base/cushion portion measures approximately 14 1/2". Note, there is no predetermined mounting pattern.
