WarrantyWe Provide standard manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified in description of item. All takeoff and used parts are warrantied for 3 months with an exception to electrical items. We stand behind our products, however, we will first need to examine the item before any replacement or fix can take place. Any improper use, abuse, neglect, careless handling, damage done by improper installation or repairs, or removal of a part from a vehicle in which it was first installed after purchase from Sarad shall void the warranty. Labor costs are not covered under warranty! You may contact us to validate the status of any warranty. ReturnsAll items listed on ebay are regularly stocked items and may be retuned for a FULL REFUND on the items' cost (shipping cost is not refundable). All returns must be in the original packaging. Returns will be accepted only if merchandise was originally purchased from Sarad and accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase, and Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Obtaining an RGA number ensures that the return process is handled efficiently and that credits are issued in a timely manner. No reimbursement will be made for items, in any condition, beyond 30 calendar days of the date of purchase. Core Charge Reimbursement
Some parts have a core charge. The core charge is a deposit that the manufacturer charges us, and which we pass on to you. You pay the core charge when you place your order. If you return the old part to us, we refund the core charge. To receive credit, cores must be returned within 30 calendar days of the date of shipment from Sarad with the Core Return Form that was included with your package. Cores must be complete, rebuildable, fit the same vehicle application and be returned in the same packaging in which the part was delivered. The customer is responsible for the removal of any items from the core that would be necessary for the proper installation of the replacement part (i.e. any brackets or bolts). All components sent to the customer must be sent back on the core to receive credit. For instance, if a screw is on a turbocharger, the screw must be returned on the core. We rarely refuse core credit, but cannot credit you if a core is demolished, rusted solid, or otherwise not rebuildable. The customer takes the responsibility of emptying all fluids from the core and packaging it securely and safely for credit. Shipping charges on cores are not refundable. You will therefore need to decide if the core deposit is worth the shipping cost.

Top Gear Tonight: Burma Road Trip part 2
Sun, 16 Mar 2014Top Gear continues its Road Trip across Burma tonight In best Top Gear tradition, series 21 ended up just five episodes long, with last weeks episode being the first part of the Top Gear Christmas Special road trip through Burma. Tonight’s Top Gear – which you can think of as episode 7 of series 21 – is part two of the much delayed 2013 Christmas Special with the boys picking up where they left off last week, heading through Burma on the way to Thailand and the River Kwai. Having got to grips with their less than cutting edge lorries and suffered the Burmese equivalent of truckers’ overnight truck stops, Clarkson, May and Hammond are now heading further in to uncharted territory – certainly for Western Media – as they head towards Thailand and the River Kwai.
China automaker Brilliance halts Europe exports, executives say
Thu, 29 Apr 2010Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Ltd., BMW AG's partner in China, has halted its car exports to Europe after its BS4 and BS6 sedan met with a cool reception, and there is no timetable for a resumption, senior executives said on Thursday. The head of Brilliance's former importer for Europe, Hans-Ulrich Sachs, told Automotive News Europe in March that another reason the automaker struggled is because it refused to lower the starting prices on the BS6 and BS4. "They didn't want to lose any money per car," said Sachs, the former boss of the now dissolved import company HSO Motors Europe.
