I bet you can picture these on a set of red wheels with smooth hub caps. Me, too! These are a nice reproduction of a timeless classic. They measure 15 3/8" OD, 13 3/8" ID, 1 1/2" across the smooth face and 1 5/16" vertical when sitting flat on the bench. Did you check out all those small hub caps in the store? Only the Carrera and Targa have had the facelift so far, and still to come is the Turbo, not to mention the GT3. But Porsche is already a long way down the road with the next generation 911 (998), which is not expected to launch until 2011, as you can see from this spy shot taken in rather chilly Arctic climes.

But then nothing for a year about the arrival of the ultimate SLS. We speculated at the time that Mercedes could well choose to endow the SLS Black Series with a V12 – something similar to the setup in the SL Black Series – and churn out an SLS Black with truly awesome power.
