Listed for a Triumph TR6 is an aoriginal front engine mounting plate. Plate is in very nice condition with no damage and was removed from a CF engine block and should be a direct fit for 73-74. this is a great upgrade for the later 75-76 cars with the pollution control removed and the addition of the earlier CF alternator mounting block. It lowers the alternator and removes the extra unsightly hole for the pollution pump..Shipping will be $13.50 in the USA. Local pick up is welcomed. We will ship international. McLaren's latest P12 teaser video
Fri, 14 Sep 2012McLaren has followed up its announcement that its Paris-bound P12 hypercar, teased with an image last week, by releasing a video that suggests the shape and aerodynamics we can expect from the car. The video shows a series of lights passing over an invisible object – the P12 – and using the lightshow it is possible to imagine the general shape of the car, without any detail of course. If the P12's unveiling is anything like the light show in the video, it should be a fantastic experience in Paris.
Ram heavy-duty pickup gets higher towing rating
Wed, 09 Jan 2013Ram has fired the latest salvo in the ongoing pickup war between the domestic automakers, releasing what the brand claims is now best-in-class towing capacity for its 2013 heavy-duty pickups. The 2013 Ram 3500 is rated to tow a 30,000-pound trailer, up from a maximum towing capacity of 22,750 pounds for the same vehicle and powertrain setup in 2012. According to their respective Web sites, similarly equipped heavy-duty 3500 pickups from General Motors are rated at a towing capacity of 23,100 pounds, while Ford's F-350 similarly equipped is rated at 22,800 pounds.
Nissan debuts Sport Sedan Concept at Detroit auto show
Mon, 13 Jan 2014Nissan introduced the Sport Sedan Concept to go along with its IDx twins at the Detroit auto show on Monday. The company says the sleek four-door embodies the next-generation design cues, including the V-Motion front end, floating roof and boomerang headlights. “The Sport Sedan Concept shows a new, highly emotional and energetic design direction that takes Nissan's approach of applying sports-car principles to a sedan to the next level,” said Nissan vice president Shiro Nakamura.
