Here's a Kwik and easy solution to your LSx AC compressor problems

You may have clearance issues with the frame or crossmember. That's especially true for chassis such as S-10s, early Camaros and Chevelles, and many full size Chevy pickups.
The LS1 "variable displacement" compressor is not compatible with many earlier factory AC system or with many aftermarket systems.

Here's how to solve those problems:

Use an aftermarket compressor like the popular Sanden.
Mount it with a bracket kit from Kwik Performance, Inc.

Six-rib belt, length such that the tensioner indicator arrow is between the max and min marks.
LSx Engine with truck crank pulley, water pump, power steering pump, alternator, and driver side bracket.
Sanden air conditioner compressor, part number 4514 (SD5 series), 4522 (SD5 series), 4665 (SD7 series), or 9537 (508 series). In addition, because of the wide variety of Sanden compressors, other part numbers with the same pulley placement will work. Contact Sanden for other options.

And they do. Particularly if you’re not convinced by the inexorable push by Lexus down the Hybrid route.

The new design for the Bentley SUV teased There’s little doubt Bentley will make a success of its SUV, despite the original EXP 9 F Concept getting far more brickbats than plaudits. So Bentley have been back at their drawing boards making the Bentley SUV (which could be the Bentley Falcon) look more like a Bentley, and the tease is now beginning for its arrival in Bentley showrooms in early 2016 with a single photo (above). As expected, Bentley has replaced the blunt Mulsanne-like front end of their SUV with a nose that looks like its been taken from the Flying Spur, and no doubt added a few more curves on the bits we don’t see in the tease photo.

Caterham to unveil 620 R at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Caterham has launched a new version of the Seven dubbed the 620 R, and it will be shown to the public for the first time this weekend at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. This new Seven uses a 2.0-liter supercharged Ford Duratec engine producing a reported 310 hp. The 620 will make the 0-60 sprint in less than 2.8 seconds and streak all the way up to a top speed of 155 mph.
