Does not include hardware. Uses a 1 3/4" slip on mufflers. In original packaging but has been opened but has not been installed or used on a motorcycle. Showing signs of wear. They have some scratches

Tesla EV stores could be banned in New Jersey

New Jersey follows in the steps of Arizona and Texas in implementing a rule that would ban Tesla from operating its stores, which are alleged to violate state dealer-franchise laws mandating vehicles sales through third-party dealerships.
