So if Jaguar are going to compete in the big league they’re going to have to tap in to Land Rover’s expertise at some point and come up with their own Crossover (NOT a Jaguar SUV, as Ian Callum made clear). The third installment of Mercedes-Benz's ‘small' car family will receive its global preview with a close-to-production concept set to debut at the Beijing motor show next week, but Car Design News has gained an early peek of the official images and details. The Concept Style Coupe heralds the much-vaunted ‘mini-CLS' compact four-door coupe production car (rumored to be dubbed BLS or CLA) that's slated to go on sale in the second half of 2013. The all-new Chevrolet Sliverado and GMC Sierra 1500 pickups will be looking to steal sales from the dominant Ford F-Series in the US full-size truck market in the 2014 model year. The Silverado is the flagship of Chevrolet's three-truck portfolio, sitting above the Silverado 3500 and 2500 HD. The GMC Sierra features the same basic package as its bow-tied sibling but with unique features to offer a more premium proposition.
