The TS Performance Medium Duty MP-8 Module is an easy upgrade to increase power, and engine efficiency in your Medium Duty workhorse. The in-cab adjustable module offers 3 settings for your truck: Stock, 15%, & 30% HP Increase.  The MP-8 is the only item on the market is of it's kind. Both the map sensor and the fuel pressure sensor are fully programmable. By reprogramming the map sensor signal you achieve several things… 1) since the map senor thinks it is at different boost level it will add injection timing accordingly. 2) This is the primary reason we don’t have to raise rail pressure beyond factory specs and risk damaging engines.

How safe are new minicars?

Thu, 23 Jan 2014

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) recently tested a total of 11 minicars in its relatively new small-overlap crash test, and the Chevrolet Spark was the only one to earn an Acceptable rating. The small-overlap crash test was instituted in 2012 with the goal of better replicating real-life car crashes, most of which don't follow the pattern of traditional government crash tests. Instead of a car hitting a stationary object with 100 percent of its front making contact, the small-overlap test examines how a car behaves in a frontal impact at 40 mph where only a quarter of the car's front hits an object.

Learners can vet driving instructors

Mon, 17 Mar 2014

A NEW SYSTEM of grading driving instructors will help learner drivers choose the best possible tutor. The new system awards driving instructors a simple A or B grade or a fail should their ability not meet the required standard. All qualified driving instructors have their standards of teaching checked at least once every four years to ensure they deliver the right training to new drivers.
