The 61mm stroke crankshaft and 4V cylinder head were developed in our drag race experiments.

It not only help to maximize horsepower but also increases the starting torque.

 

Features:

1.      CNC forged connecting rod. The strength is improved significantly by its’ H-shape cross-section.

2.      Redesigned counter weight. The inertia force of big piston is well balanced by it's uniquely designed shape.

We can modify the piston and combustion chamber for a longer stroke crankshaft complimentary.

3.  4 valve cylinder head.

 The engine efficiency is improved by increasing the valves cross-section area.

4.  100% Designed and manufactured in Taiwan.

 

The kit contents are as follows:

1.      61mm Crankshaft unit

2.  4V cylinder head assembly, rocker arm, head cover, Hi-cam are included.

    The valve sizes are IN 22.5mm/EX 19.5mm.

3.  61mm Cylinder kit with high compression forged piston.

    All sport cars and motorcycles use forged piston for better performance.

4.  Cylinder stud bolts X4, Timing chain X1, gasket set X1.

The crankcase modifications are necessary for the installation.

 Some models from mainland China also need exhuast pipe modifications.

Volt, Leaf win top safety rating in crash test

The 2011 Chevrolet Volt and Nissan Leaf electric cars won the highest safety ratings in crash tests performed by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, putting them in the top 57 percent of models tested so far this year. About 80 of 140 vehicles tested among 2011-2012 models have received the Institute's "top safety pick," the group's award for state-of-the-art crash protection that exceeds federal safety rules, Institute spokesman Russ Rader said. The Volt and Leaf received a "good" rating -- the highest of four rankings -- on each of four crash tests, said the Institute, which is funded by auto insurers including State Farm, All-State and Geico.
