          Exclusive Turbosystems is very proud to offer a comprehensive rebuild of most any journal bearing and ball bearing turbocharger commonly available to the automotive/ light truck OEM and performance market. Simply send us your turbocharger, and we will return it in Remanufactured/ Blueprinted form ready to be reinstalled. We could just take turbos apart, clean up the parts and replace the wear items, but we live by higher standards than that. Why not have your turbo tweaked with all that we have learned about how to make turbos better? Better yet, why not get this service at no additional cost? Who does that nowadays? We are that company. Send us your turbo and we will truthfully tell you what it needs and return it to you with as many tweaks as we can perform to make it better. What is better than our expertise being YOUR asset? Of course we are not perfect, but we will try to do our best for every turbocharger, or CHRA sent to us.  If we can't 'save' your turbo it will be your choice to replace or upgrade it.  Your choice.

What this means is that our standard rebuilds INCLUDE certain blueprinting techniques such as full circumference bearing oil delivery, polished turbine shaft journal surfaces, and modified thrust plate oil delivery. No one else offers such services for turbocharger repair. We offer them to provide the latest in turbocharger durability and performance based on feedback and competition information from all forms of turbocharger use. Media-blasting of compressor wheel, bearing housing, exhaust housing, turbine shaft, compressor housing
Comprehensive cleaning of all internal passages
Replace damaged components (at customer cost)
upgrade bearing to full circumference oil delivery (journal bearings) at no additional cost
Chamfer oil passages in bearing housing, thrust plate, journal bearings
Polish bearing journals on turbine shaft

Chinese Grand Prix (2014): RESULT Qualifying for the 2014 China Grand Prix yesterday saw a much more level playing field than we’ve seen so far this year thanks to a rain-soaked track. But that didn’t stop Lewis Hamilton taking an easy pole (although the Red Bulls of Daniel Ricciardo and Sebastian Vettel squeezed Nico Rosberg in to fourth place) and, true to current form, Hamilton flew away to win the Chinese Grand Prix and Nico Rosberg, after dropping to sixth place after a poor start, fought back to make this another Mercedes one-two. Hamilton’s drive was a crushing one – he pulled away strongly from the start and cruised to the win – but it was livelier behind.

We've been through air-cooled German cars, cheap Italian cars and incomprehensible French cars in recent weeks, and now we're going to winch a couple of big American two-doors with straight-eight power out of the Lake of Fire. Before the V8 reigned supreme in luxury-car land, cars with long hoods and smooth-running inline-eight engines showed that you had made it, and we've found a pair of such cars that should be gorgeous when restored…after about a decade of work.

1949 Ferrari 166MM Touring Barchetta heads for the auction block

A 1949 Ferrari 166MM Touring Barchetta will headline RM Auctions' Automobiles of Arizona event, Jan. 20-21 in Phoenix. This 166 MM, serial number 0024 M, was originally commissioned for the 1949 Paris motor show, where it was shown in yellow and blue, the racing colors of Argentina.
