These two wheels came off my Grandfathers' International pickup. He and the truck are gone. But, based on internet pics, the truck was a 1961 or 1962 C series. I'm not familiar with IH and what other models these wheels may fit. But, I know his truck originally had two horizontal head lights on each side, bluish green paint and an inline 6cyl.  The original paint from his truck is the light blue you see in the pictures.  Hope this maybe helpful.
