Two (2) used 2002 Model Year Jaguar X-Type Electrical Guides. One guide was issued in May of 2001 and the other was issued in December of 2001. I'm not sure what differences/ changes occurred between the two issue dates but I can say that the newer manual has more engine management sections. I think the older version was more of a rough draft. I would use the newer version for all my diagnostic needs and keep the older version as back up.

These are the factory supplied schematics guides that have been used in a dealership environment. I have always felt Jaguar supplied one the most detailed and informative electrical schematics of all the manufacturers and that the book versions are easier to use than the guides on CD (which you then have to print out).

Contains wiring diagrams for all North American Standard (NAS) and Rest of World (ROW) 2002 X-Type electrical systems as well as: connector locations, ground point locations, wiring harness locations, fuse box/ relay locations, control module locations, control module pins id, and what signals or voltages to expect at various pins during operation.

These schematics are in very good condition. There are a few pages with small stains/ dirt smudges on them. There are no tears or missing pages. For professionally used books they are in very good shape. Both manuals come in one binder.

Jaguar XF-R unveiled at Detroit auto show 2009

Sat, 10 Jan 2009

By Tim Pollard Motor Shows 10 January 2009 22:52 Jaguar's XFR is shown today at the Detroit auto show 2009 – and the XFR at a stroke becomes the fastest saloon the Midlands manufacturer has ever made for the roads. Jag has taken the XF saloon and fettled it with the new direct-injection 5.0-litre V8 petrol engine that supersedes the familiar 4.2, but breathed upon by a new supercharger to crank out a wholesome 503bhp.The R model is extremely rapid, thanks to a classic Ayers Rock torque curve that peaks at 461lb ft from just 2000rpm and doesn't go away until 5000rpm. There's brawn wherever you need it, and the XFR scuttles to 60mph in a scant 4.7sec.

One Lap of the Web: Mini challenges Porsche; kit cars; and brand loyalty

Fri, 07 Jun 2013

We spend a lot of time on the Internet -- pretty much whenever we're not driving, writing about or working on cars. Since there's more out there than we'd ever be able to cover, here's our daily digest of car stuff on the Web you may not otherwise have heard about. Mini wished the Porsche 911 a happy 50th anniversary.

Toyota i-Road concept (2013) first official pictures

Mon, 04 Mar 2013

This is the Toyota i-Road, a tiny concept car that will be officially unveiled at the 2013 Geneva motor show tomorrow. It's a two-seater, three-wheeled electric city car that Toyota reckons is the future of urban motoring. Is the Toyota i-Road a potential Renault Twizy rival? If it does go into production, the pair could be pretty close.
