We made every effort to document every last imperfection, but we may have missed something. All items sold as is, and may not have minor parts such as shift adapter nuts, but if that was missing, please let us know, rather than returning it (or leaving negative feedback), we could always send one out. That said, I personally sealed the last hundred, and I recall about 3 missing it. We have since found more, so just let us know! Also, we review every item we leave feedback for, please remember to leave us positive feedback as well, and in the event of an issue, give us a chance to remedy it. But that hasn’t stopped them reviving the moniker and attaching it to a new concept heading to Frankfurt – the electric Audi A2 Concept. Audi say the A2 concept has an electric-only powertrain, which sadly means they are not pursuing the elegant range-extender solution with a Wankel engine they showed in the A1 e-Tron at Geneva last year.

Sat, 12 Mar 2011Janet Gutherie, the first woman to race in the Indianapolis 500, said overcoming the numerous hurdles set before her as she tried to forge a racing career was something that she just had to do. “I wanted it so much,” Gutherie said during a seminar at the 16th Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance on Friday, “I was willing to put up with whatever they would throw at me.” AutoWeek's own Denise McCluggage, a renowned racer in her own right, was also part of the Women in Racing panel discussion that also included racers Judy Stropus, Erin Crocker, Jessica Brunelli and Lynn St. James.
