For all vehicles with cup holders (76-83 mm diameter) the Inbay Universal charging cup fits perfectly into the vehicle design. This is directly and thus concealed in the desired cup holders. Current must be easily and covers over the connection cable of the 12V electrical socket meaning you have no interfering cables in the car. Using the supplied voltage converters a reliable power supply of the charging cup is ensured.

For wireless charging the Inbay solution uses the Qi technology of inductive energy transfer. Qi-compatible smartphones (see Compatibility tab) with a maximum width of 70 mm (incl. Cover) fit into this elegant charging station. The telephone is placed only in the Inbay Universal charging cup and then loads automatically and wirelessly.

Wear of the plug contacts on the phone during the charging process is thereby prevented. Not compatible smartphones (eg iPhone 5 / 5s / 5c / 6, Samsung Galaxy S3 / S4 / S5 / Note2 / Note3) can be retrofitted with a special protective cover.

Accessories for optimal fit

Besides the invisible cabling of Inbay Universal charging cup offers additional components for proper handling. With the included felt strips ensures that the charging cup does not shake or rattle. To optimally secure the smartphone, even with heavy lateral accelerations jaws are included.
